Chicken mac soup is one of
my favorite soups especially in rainy season. Today, I am going to show how to
make a creamy delicious soup in my tiny kitchen.
Ingredients;
- Butter
- Garlic
- Onions
- Cooked chicken
- Fish sauce
- Chicken stock
- Hotdog
- Carrots
- Evap Milk
- Elbow macaroni
- Pepper
- Salt
- Cabbage
Let’s begin cooking;
1. Heat the
casserole in med low heat.
2. Lay the
butter in casserole.
3. Saute
garlic, onions, cooked chicken.
4. Add fish
sauce.
5. Cover;
let it simmer for few 1-2 minutes depending on the size of your cookware.
6. Uncover,
pour the chicken stock.
7. Add the
hotdog and carrots and pour the evap milk.
8. Cover,
let it simmer.
9. Uncover,
add the macaroni, potato.
10. Add
pepper, salt to taste and the cabbage
11. Let it
cook for 30 seconds.
