Pork steak is marinated in soy sauce, calamansi and Onions for over night or 4 hours. In Philippines we call it a Bistek, a version for beef steak. I
will show you my recipe. I add crushed garlic to make it tastier. The
challenging step here is frying but this recipe is delicious and worthy.
The following are needed:
- Vegetable oil
- Garlic (crushed and minced)
- Onions (minced and cut into ring)
- Calamansi
- Soy sauce
- Pork chop
- Pepper
Direction:
Marinate
the pork in soy sauce, calamansi, garlic and onions for 4 hour or over night.
Heat
the oil in a low med-high.
Cook
the pork for 1 min. flip and cook or until the chops are golden brown on the
other side
Pour
the sauce and let it simmer for 2 min.
Add
pepper to taste.
Serve
with steamy hot rice!
