Buko Pandan is a very simple recipe and favorite dessert of all Pinoys.
Ingredients:
1 tsp of powder of gulaman or jelo (cook according to direction) for the Pandan flavor, watch my youtube video.
1 tbs of evap milk and condensed milk
1 tbs of fresh buko shredded.
Direction:
1. Cut the jelo into small cubes
2. mix all the ingredients.
3. fridge for 2 to 4 hours or over night.
