Ingredients
- ½ tsp of butter
- 1 tsp of minced garlic
- 1 tsp of minced onions
- 1 tsp of m green onions
- 1 tbs of cooked chicken
- ½ tsp of cayenne
- 1 tbs of chicken stock
- 1 and ½ tsp of carrots
- 1 and ½ tsp of potato
- ¼ tsp of thyme and parsley
- 1 tbs of broccoli
- 1 tbs of grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Quail egg
How to cook
- Heat the casserole, add butter and saute garlic, onions, and green onions.
- Add cooked chicken, add pepper and cayenne. Pour the chicken stock.
- Add carrots and potato.
- Add thyme, parsley, broccoli and stir.
- Add the grated cheese, cover bring to the boil; let it simmer for few seconds.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the Quail egg, cover for few seconds.
- Serve.
