6 Quail egg
1 tbs of evap milk
1 tbs of condensed milk
1/8 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tbs of brown sugar
How to cook
Heat the brown sugar, let it melt and transfer it to pan.
Separate the egg yolk to white.
Using whisk mix the egg yolk, condensed, evap milk and
vanilla extract.
Transfer to pan and
place it to the steamer, cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Let it chill for 2-4 hours or overnight.
Serve!
