Pork giniling is my first video that was uploaded
on youtube. At first, I just made this video just for fun and surprisingly I got
35,000 views in less than 3 months and many were requesting for more videos.
Anyways, Pork giniling or pork minced recipe is
also a traditional dish in Spain where it is known as Picadillo and Arroz a la
Cubana.
Here are the ingredients:
- Vegetable oil
- Garlic
- Onions
- Fish sauce
- Mince pork
- Pepper and salt.
- Water
- Carrots
- Green Peas
- Potato
- Green bell pepper
- Tomato paste
Procedure:
- Heat the pan and pour the vegetable oil.
- Saute the garlic and onions.
- Add fish sauce, add the minced pork and let it cook for few minutes.
- Add pepper and salt, cover it and let it simmer for few minutes.
- Pour water, stir and let it simmer for few minutes.
- Add the following; carrots, potato, green bell pepper and green peas.
- Add the tomato paste and let it simmer for few minutes.
- Serve!
