This is the first ever to try the mini
cookware and I do not intend to put the video on youtube. But because many
people liked the first episode, I decided to put it as well. Anyways the
ginissang togue is a healthy meal and perfect for those vegetarian. It is
composed of cabbage, spring sprout and tofu.
Here are the following ingredients to
make it tasty;
- Tofu
- Onion
- Garlic
- Fish sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cabbage
- Bean sprouts (Togue)
- Vegetable oil
Procedure:
1. Fry the tofu until color turns golden brown then set aside. (slice the tofu into small squares)
2. Sauté the garlic, onion.
3. Add fish sauce
4. Add togue
5. Put the cabbage, and then cover it.
6. Let it simmer.
7. Add pepper to taste.
