Mini Food Spiral Pasta w/ Broccoli Cheese



Ingredients;                                   

1 tbs of spiral pasta (cook according to direction)
1 tsp of butter
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of minced onions
1 tsp of green onions
 ¼ tsp of parsley
1 tbs of milk
1 tbs of grated cheese
1 tbs of broccoli
Salt and pepper to taste
Cayenne


How to cook:
Heat the casserole, add butter, saute garlic, onions and green onions and pasrley.
Pour milk and let it simmer, then add grated cheese, stir.
Add the broccoli the let it simmer, add the salt, pepper and cayenne then stir.
Add the spiral pasta and parsley
Toss and serve.

Mini Food Buko Pandan


Buko Pandan is a very simple recipe and favorite dessert of all Pinoys.







Ingredients:
1 tsp of powder of gulaman or jelo (cook according to direction) for the Pandan flavor, watch my youtube video. 

1 tbs of evap milk and condensed milk

1 tbs of fresh buko shredded.

Direction:

1. Cut the jelo into small cubes
2. mix all the ingredients.
3. fridge for 2 to 4 hours or over night.




Chicken Broccoli Soup


Ingredients

  • ½ tsp of butter
  • 1 tsp of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp of minced onions
  • 1 tsp of m green onions
  • 1 tbs of cooked chicken
  • ½ tsp of cayenne
  • 1 tbs of chicken stock
  • 1 and ½ tsp of carrots
  • 1 and ½ tsp of potato
  • ¼ tsp of thyme and parsley
  • 1 tbs of broccoli
  • 1 tbs of grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Quail egg


How to cook
  1. Heat the casserole, add butter and saute garlic, onions, and green onions.
  2. Add cooked chicken, add pepper and cayenne. Pour the chicken stock.
  3. Add carrots and potato.
  4. Add thyme, parsley, broccoli and stir.
  5. Add the grated cheese, cover bring to the boil; let it simmer for few seconds.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the Quail egg, cover for few seconds.
  8. Serve.
