Tiny Fried Rice

If you have left over steamed rice last night don’t throw it away we will make a fried rice perfect for breakfast. Fried rice is a dish of steamed rice stir-fried in a wok, often mixed with other ingredients, such as eggs, vegetables, and meat.
Leftover rice is usually used because the moisture in freshly cooked rice will cause it to steam instead of fry.  You can check my video how to make perfect steamed rice. (Kinldy click this link to watch the episode https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yelc6zPSywg)

I suggest having tasty fried rice; you should crush the garlic and mince, likewise in onion, to bring out the aroma and flavor.

Let's start!

Ingredients:

  • Left over steamed rice
  • Cooking oil
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Cabbage
  • Egg
  • Pepper
  • Soy sauce

 Procedure;

  1. Scramble the egg, set aside
  2. On same the same pan, pour a little oil
  3. Saute garlic and onions
  4. Add the steamed rice, carrots & soy sauce.
  5. Add egg, pepper and cabbage
  6. Serve!
