Tiny Chopsuey

In Filipino cuisine,chop suey is composed of mixed vegetables like cauliflower,chayote,bell peppers and snow peas and meat like pork,chicken,beef,chicken or pork liver, and cuttlefish balls.
It is typically served with rice but can become the Chinese-American form of chow mein with the addition of stir-fried noodles.
I would love to show my own version of my chop suey, it is cremier and tastier. 


Ingredients;
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Fish sauce
  • Chicken liver, sliced
  • Cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Red bell pepper
  • Snow peas
  • Evap milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sayote

Lets' begin cooking!


1.     Suate garlic and onions

2.    Add fish sauce

3.    Add chicken liver

4.    Cover it let it cook for 10 minutes.

5.    Uncover, add pepper

6.    Add red bell pepper, carrots, sayote, string beans and snow peas.

7.    Pour milk

8.    Let it simmer

9.    Add celery and pepper to taste.

10.  Add cabbage; cook for 30 to 60 seconds.



Serve!
